An agreement made the... day of... between…. of...
(hereinafter called “the Author” and the COPYRIGHT PROTECTION SOCIETY of...
(hereinafter called “the Society”):
1. The Author hereby appoints the Society as his/her Sole Agent for the
collection of all fees, royalties or other sums of money that may now lie
payable or at any time hereafter may become payable to the Author in respect
of the copyright of his/her works.
2. In consideration of the services to be rendered by the Society to the
Author, the Author hereby agrees for the Society to retain as a commission a
sum equivalent to... % of all sums of money collected by the Society on
his/her behalf.
3. The Society hereby undertakes to render to the Author accounts of fees
collected on his behalf in April and in October every year. Such accounts
shall contain all necessary information and details showing the gross amount
received by the Society during the period under account. Such accounts shall
be sent to the Author with a remittance for a sum equivalent to the total
amount shown by such account to have been received, by the Society leas the
above mentioned commission. |
Contract încheiat la...luna...între....din...(denumit
„Autor” şi Societatea pentru Protejarea Drepturilor de Autor din...
(denumită „Societatea”).
1. Prin prezentul contract Autorul împuterniceşte Societatea ca unicul său
agent pentru încasarea tuturor repturilor de autor sau oricăror alte sume de
bani care i se cuvin în prezent sau la care va fi îndreptăţit în viitor
Autorul în virtutea dreptului de autor pentru lucrările sale.
2. Ţinând seama de serviciile pe care Societatea le va face Autorului,
Autorul consimte ca Societatea să reţină drept comision o sumă echivalentă
cu...% din toate sumele de bani încasate de Societate în numele său.
3. Societatea se angajează să prezinte Autorului rapoarte asupra sumelor
încasate în numele său în lunile aprilie şi octombrie în fiecare an. Aceste
rapoarte vor conţine toate informaţiile şi detaliile necesare menţionând
suma brută primită de Societate în perioada respectivă. Aceste rapoarte vor
fi trimise Autorului însoţite de un mandat de plată pentru suma echivalentă
cu suma totală pe care raportul o indică a fi fost primită de Societate
minus comisionul menţionat mai sus. |
