Contract între reprezentant şi agenţie

We, the undersigned,... have appointed Mr.... of.., as our representative for... under the following conditions:
1. Mrs… undertakes to obtain orders in our name and for our account at the prices and conditions quoted by us.
2. We undertake to allow Mr... a commission of... % on all orders transmitted by him and to reimburse him for all expenses incurred.
3. Mr... agrees not to represent any competitive firm during the period for which this agreement remains valid.
4. This agreement becomes valid on the date of signature and may be terminated by either party subject to... months’ notice.

Noi, subsemnaţii... 1-am numit pe domnul....din... ca reprezentantul nostru pentru....în următoarele condiţii:
1. Domnul ....se angajează să obţină comenzi în numele nostru şi pentru contul nostru la preţurile şi în condiţiile specificate de noi.
2. Noi ne angajăm să-i acordăm domnului.... un comision de....% asupra tuturor comenzilor transmise de el şi să-i rambursăm toate cheltuielile efectuate.
3. Domnul...acceptă să nu reprezinte nici o altă firmă concurentă în perioada de valabilitate a prezentului contract.
4. Acest contract devine valabil (intră în vigoare) la data semnării şi poate fi reziliat de oricare dintre părţi cu un preaviz de...luni.
