Regretăm mult să constatăm că nu am primit nici un răspuns la cererile noastre repetate pentru suma neachitată din Factura noastră No.... care este acum scadentă de... luni. În aceste împrejurări suntem siliţi împotriva voinţei noastre să spunem că dacă nu vom primi mandatul de plată pentru achitarea completă a sumei datorate până la... va trebui să recurgem la justiţie fără altă notificare.
