1. We are sorry to have to tell you that the goods

1.Regretăm că trebuie să vă spunem că marfa

a sosit în condiţii proaste
a fost deteriorată în timpul transportului
nu este corespunzătoare pentru momentul actual
nu corespunde mostrelor/condiţiilor stipulate în comandă.

2. Spre surprinderea noastră am constatat că

o cutie (cutiile) conţineau.., în loc de...
conţinutul nu corespunde cu nota de livrare
multe (cele mai multe) erau sparte (deteriorate)

3. Am stipulat ca ele (ei) să fie...dar am constatat că erau...

5. Câteva cutii erau rupte iar conţinutul era deteriorat.
6. Mulţi saci erau rupţi şi lipsea parte din conţinut.
7. Mărfurile au fost

atât de prost ambalate
atât de deteriorate)

încât o mare parte din ele nu mai este corespunzătoare şi nu poate fi vândută.
