We much regret that we have been unable to complete your order by the
fifteenth, as promised.
Unfortunately, we have experienced considerable difficulty in obtaining raw
materials, owing to... The position has now, however improved a little, and
we are making every effort to deliver the goods with the least possible
delay.
A consignment of... or more will be forwarded to you tomorrow, certain and
the balance we anticipate will be finished by June 10th at the latest. As
the circumstances have been altogether beyond our control, we hope you will
accept this explanation and arrangement, and will continue to favour us with
your orders.

Regretăm mult că nu am putut să completăm comanda până la data de 15
precum am promis.
Din păcate, am întâmpinat dificultăţi foarte mari în procurarea materiilor
prime datorită.... Situaţia s-a îmbunătăţit însă în momentul de faţă şi ne
străduim cât putem pentru a livra mărfurile cu cea mai mică întârziere
posibilă.
Un transport de... sau mai mult vă va fi expediat mâine cu certitudine şi
restul aşteptăm să fie finalizat până la 10 iunie cel mai târziu. Întrucât
împrejurările au fost independente de voinţa noastră, sperăm că veţi accepta
aceste explicaţii şi soluţia propusă şi veţi continua să ne onoraţi cu
comenzile dumneavoastră.
